Job Requirements: 

• Candidate maximum 35 year's old.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer/Telecommunication, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Experience working with voice and data networks in the capacity of troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Having knowlegde about Microsoft operating systems, Networking, SQL, Security and VoIP technology.
• Telephony Experience with most common PABX, Switch and ACD Vendors - Avaya, Nortel, Aspect, Siemens and Cisco – advantage.
• Active in English both verbally and in writing.
• Fast learning to adapt a new technology independently and fast.
• Good attitude and have good time management.
• Able to work under pressure and great in team work.

Job Description

• Represents NICE in front of customers,
• Identify solutions for customers needs.
• Preventive maintenance
• Create maintenance report
