Responsible for strategy and planning to align business operations with the company's mission and goals.

Business Operation

• Lead best practice in overall operations activities such as retail operations, online, logistics, warehouse, customer service and data analytics
• Align operations strategies with the companys vision and values.

• Ensure that local, state, and federally required safety requirements are being met.
• Ensure that worker training in safety, repair, maintenance techniques, operational procedures, and equipment validation is completed to the legal standard.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of our organization
• Oversee all branch operational performance reporting and records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair or maintenance statistics, and quality.
• Manages relationships with suppliers, clients, customers and other stakeholders and provides a point of escalation for any customer service issues that arise.
• Be Personable and able to maintain a professional demeanour even under pressure because the role involves dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with APJ to develop and manage policy development, implementation, and deployment in the areas of production, quality, cost controls, Lean Manufacturing techniques, on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls and plant performance measures.
• Review quality data, job boards, and activity reports, and other key performance indicators and data to measure productivity and goal achievement.

Manufacture Operation

• Work closely with APJ to develop and manage policy development, implementation, and deployment in the areas of production, quality, cost controls, Lean Manufacturing techniques, on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls and plant performance measures.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international laws regarding the operational side of the business, such as data management and safety standards.
• Manage resources to ensure appropriate levels of production, materials and staffing in all Plant department.

People Management

• In collaboration with Leaders Team, ensure performance and development of business and manufacture operations personnel.
• Implement a customer focused culture delivering world class customer service
• Act as a mentor and technical expert for all manufacturing personnel and provide rovide leadership to coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement
• Manages Operational Department and Plant department/function including establish department goals, plan & achieve department activities & objectives, analyze variances-initiate corrective actions, problem resolution, propose/support/implement new & improved approaches/methods, etc.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years experience as Operation Manager in successful commercial and/ manufacture management
• Advanced knowledge of technology, measurement tools, mathematics, and statistical analysis is preferred
• Eager to work in a fast changing, global environment, adapting to shifting priorities, and embracing iteration and continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership and management skills detail oriented and a self-starter with strong leadership, organizational skills, excellent communication skills
• Understanding of advanced business process and regulatory issues
• Enthusiastic and dynamic, able to convey team spirit
