Lowongan BCTMP Engineer di PT Phoenix Resources International

Manage execution of project in accordance with organization's project management methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing engineering information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing project productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining administrative system improvements; implementing change.
• Develops strategic engineering plans by studying project plans; studying existing conditions; determining needs to accomplish project plans; mapping solutions; updating and modifying requirements and solutions; preparing cost estimates and budgets
• Lead the most complex or critical projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan
• Identify and resolve project problems and minimize delays
• Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project
• Select and manage ongoing relationships with external contractors/consultants so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of project members to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget and according to project specifications
• Develop, prioritize and submit project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects
• Define project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations
• Take ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects

Requirements:

• A degree in engineering or the related job field
• Those with 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential
• No roster system [ Monday - Saturday (half day) ]
• Willing to be located in Tarakan - North Kalimantan
