PT Gloster Indonesia is a furniture manufacturing company based in East Java, Indonesia. Following the growth of our company, we invite more talents and future leaders to board our company.

URGENTLY Need: Compensation & Benefit (ComBen) Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing & evaluating the current compensation & benefit structure of the company.

2. Creating SOP of the ComBen Application.

3. Creating proposal for the salary negotiations.

4. Continuous evaluation of the employee’s ComBen following their growth within the company.

5. Creating the reliable tools to track the development of our employees to support the compensation & benefit analysis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other relevant majors from reputable universities with min GPA of 3.20.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit administration & system development, preferable at industrial company.

3. Strong passion for continuous improvements.

4. Fast learner, quickly adapt to every situation, meticulous, and well-organized.

5. Good communication skills. English mastery is an extra point.

6. Computer literate.

7. Public speaking.

8. Good teamwork & leadership.
