Lowongan Mandarin Speaker ( Business Operation ) di PT Zoomlion Indonesia Heavy Industry

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and assessment of distribution and completion of annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly sales targets;
• Formulation, release, promotion and implementation of phased marketing policies, and monitoring and assessment of implementation;
• CRM system maintenance and rationalization suggestions;
• Training for LTC and LTO system for new employee;
• Formulation and supervision of marketing management rules;
• Business indicator assessment, including sales performance ranking, daily visits, business opportunity conversion rate and payment collection assessment.
• Abnormal review and shipment monitoring; cheking stock in every branch, communicate with logistic and warehouse team
• Collection, sorting, sealing and handover of original contract;
• Cooperate with the product line to timely update the company's documents, qualification certificates, products, technical parameters and other bidding materials;
• Tracking and reason analysis of bidding results, collection of bidding information of competitive products, etc.
• Organization and supervision of pipeline check, morning meeting and log work.
• Problem analysis, program spotcheck and process monitoring of overdue orders;
• Check and feedback the shutdown of overdue orders and GPS abnormalities;
• Follow up payment collection, promote accounting adjustment, quality dispute resolution, signing of replacement repayment agreement, legal litigation or trailer transfer, etc.
• Translate translators for all employees when needed 
• Set schedule for meeting operations, sales and functions. Join the meeting also

Requirement

• Age 22 – 35 years old
• Candidate must have at least Bachelor's Degree
• Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking, Reading & Writing) – IS MUST !
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Good interpersonal and interpersonal communication skills
• Honest, active and able to work under pressure
• Willing to mobile working or business trip around Indonesia
