Job Requirements:

1. Must be willing to move in and work at all branches in Indonesia (Jakarta, Batam, East Java, Makassar, West Java, Central Java).

2. Some traveling may be required, as per Company's needs and requirements.

3. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law.

4. At least 3 years of work experience in corporate or legal services is required for this position.

5. Having experience of dispute resolution in litigation is preferable.

6. Required language(s): English (written and spoken).

7. Required Skill(s): critical thinking, drafting & editing, problem-solving, communication, and administration.

8. Honest, good attitude, strong initiative, and willing to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in resolving legal issues between Company and clients, Company's permits and compliance.

2. Draft/revise legal documents, agreements for various requirements.

3. Communicate with Clients and external parties effectively for the scope of services and inquiries.
