Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years experiences in Brand Management, Key Account, & sales preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company
• Excellent understanding of Indonesian market and distribution system experience in the related field is required for this position
• Have a good analytical skill, result oriented, and able to work independently & team
• Good communication skill, managerial skill, and strategic thinking capability
•  Ability to work both creative and structured is required
• Preferably has experience international exposure
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Speaking other foreign language is advantage (Chinese/Mandarin)
• Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
• Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
• Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
• Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
• Competitor and customer insights analysis
• Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales

Job Description

• Helps to set certain categories brand direction including Brand proposition, Brand plan, NPD funnel, Integrated Marketing Campaign
• Helps oversee certain categories product portfolio & profitability for multiple categories.
• Translate consumer insight to brand innovation for sustainable profitability growth
• Partnering with internal cross functional team and agencies to deliver projects & activities
