REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (will be plus), Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Experienced in handle: Recruitment Process, Payroll, Training & Developments, Compensation & Benefit also Operational HRD.
• Understanding of referral programs, social media, and online platforms.
• Creative and have a strong concept about HRD.
• Having excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
