REQUIREMENTS

• Maximum 25 years old.
• Minimum S1 from any major (Preferable Communication - Public Relation / Broadcast) with 2 years experience.
• Advance in Microsoft Office – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point.
• Have excellent communication skills and customer - service oriented.
• Fluent in English (proven with TOEFL or IELTS).
• Diligent, smart, and high initiative
• Able to work individual or in a team, on weekend or public holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives and answers customers’ enquiries, requests, and complaints within established guidelines. Proactively follows up on outstanding customer service issues for complete solution. 
• Communicate and serve customers either by telephone or direct meeting in a good and friendly manner
• Provide product and service information, confirm orders and accounts also record all complaints made by customers.
• Provide information on follow-up results from customer's complaints. And ensured that all existing problems will be resolved quickly and smoothly.
