Requirements :

• Bachelors degree from a reputable University.
• At least 6 years of experience in the maintenance & Construction
• Job Description:
• Must have a working knowledge of promoting job opportunities through the use of social media,
• interviewing and screening applicants, hiring process,
• reviewing resumes conducting reference checks,
• maintaining contact with candidates,
• scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates,
• recommending candidates for hiring based on their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company culture
• Salary cannot be displayed
• Below 35 years old.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have good leadership, communication skill, high integrity and loyalty
• Able to work as a team or independently
• Shall be mentally ready to be assigned in any places in Indonesia or overseas at any time.
