Responsibilities:

• Day to day monitoring on marketing projects
• Pursue data quality, collaborate with agency, ensure data is optimized to drive understanding
• As a custodian of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database – processing, compiling & integrating
• Involving on Market and Customer Research activity
• Creating and interpreting a variety of report
• Support and create idea for cust50omer loyalty & retention program

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree related to Marketing, Business Administration, Statistic
• Minimal 2 years’ experience on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), research, or brand marketing
• Strong in MS Excel & MS Power Point, focused on data analysis, graphs, & chart
• Great communication skill to conduct cross function coordination & 3rd parties (agencies)
• Excellent communication in English
• Great time management and organizational skills 
• Willingness to learn and feed the organization with new insights
