 Communication Specialist

The Mission of the Communication Specialist is to work on the company’s internal and external communication activities in line with the company goals.

She or he puts in place and executes the company’s communication strategy and related action plans.

She or he ensure all communication material is published timely, creatively and consistent with the strategy, targeted at increasing engagement of stakeholders and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible on internal and external communication materials to our stakeholders
• Safeguarding our brand identity
• Owning event creation and execution process and working with various stakeholders on executing the best event experience we can bring
• Maintain internal communication channels to employees
• Be our go to person on all things related communication support
• Support creative content creation and assets to multiple stakeholder
• Creating and promoting internal publications
• Assisting the overall workflow in admin tasks and vendor managing to support the team

The skills you will bring:

• Degree in communications / media / digital communications or similar thru experience
• Experience in supporting and running events
• Experience in doing PR content
• Experience in creating content for digital media
• A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities
• A good written and verbal communicator with the ability to deal with people effectively
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Willing to travel intensively.

Knowledge/ Educational requirements

University degree or equal by working experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
