Lowongan IT Executive/Senior Executive di PT Cosmic Indonesia

• Responsible in providing consultation and recommendation in technology and IT solution adoption to enhance quality of services and equipments care;
• Responsible in ensuring the availability and reliability of IT systems and services including telephony;
• Responsible in maintaining and monitoring of ICT systems, IT Assets management, that includes planning, enhancement/replacement, loan management, storage and monthly and annual maintenance;
• Liaise, coordinate, and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers of IT services;
• Provide assistance in IT technical and administrative support for software application and hardware including setup and troubleshooting as well as training and educating ICT users on new technology solution including critical IT services;
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, systems workflow and processes to achieve data and information integrity.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science Management Information Systems, Management Science or relevant field;
• Preferably experience/exposure in Power Automate and willing to learn;
• Experience in Applications, Database and Network;
• Possess initiative and strong analytical & problem solving skills;
• Dynamic, resourceful, able to work independently as well as in a team;
• Bilingually proficient in English and Mandarin/Bahasa Indonesia.
