Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description

Manage and compile financial reports, notes/notes/invoices, and accounts.
Perform billing and collection processes
Recording financial transactions in the general ledger
Set the payment schedule
Maintain and update accounting records and files
Close the books at the end of the month and the end of the year
Monitor cash and back position and payments
Proactively handle payment issues with internal and external team
Monitoring and checking accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly budgetÂ Â
Ensure financial operations activities are executed and deliverables as per company SOP
Prepare ad hoc report based on request from direct supervisor

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 2 years in the same position, prefer minimal from 3 stars hotel or Restaurant.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Good and strong in communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Strong data entry, analytical, problem solving and decision maker.
Well organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
Honest, Disciplined, and Responsible
