Job Description :

• Check the Completeness of Billing Documents (AP Voucher) for Local
• Material Purchases Check the Completeness of Billing Documents

(AP Voucher) Forwarder

• Inspect AP Vouchers for Local Materials and Forwarders and apply for posting
• Create Payment Plan for Local AP and Forwarder Filling Local AP Voucher and Forwarder documents
• Create a Return Note on Local Material Purchase Return transaction
• Making VAT Recap on Local Material Purchases and Forwarder transactions
• Make and apply for E-Arc payments, and help prepare documents for payment of Local Material Purchase Payables and Forwarders
• Create a monthly Closing Checklist

Requirements :

• Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years work experience same position in manufacturing company
• Good communication and initiative
• Computer literate (Ms. Excel advanced level)
• Detail oriented and well organize
• Able to work individually and as a team
• Good in English both oral and written

Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang
