We are seeking an AI Expert with a strong background in Civil Engineering to join our team. As an AI Expert in Civil Engineering, you will play a key role in developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions to enhance various aspects of civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to apply AI techniques and algorithms to optimize designs, improve efficiency, and support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities: 

• Research, design, and develop AI models and algorithms tailored to address challenges in civil engineering.
• Apply machine learning, data analytics, and optimization techniques to analyze large-scale civil engineering data and extract meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with domain experts to identify opportunities for applying AI to improve project design, construction, and maintenance processes.
• Develop predictive models to assess project risks, project effectiveness, estimate costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Utilize computer vision and image analysis techniques to analyze site conditions, monitor progress, and identify potential issues.
• Contribute to the development of AI-based tools and platforms for civil engineering professionals.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and civil engineering technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and design processes.
• Proven experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques in a civil engineering context.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, optimization, and data visualization.
• Experience working with civil engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD (preferred) in Civil Engineering or a related field with a focus on AI applications.
• Experience with applying AI in areas such as structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, transportation systems, or construction management.
• Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and remote sensing technologies.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or evolutionary algorithms for optimization.
• Publications or contributions to the field of AI in civil engineering.
