Key Responsibilities :

• HR Strategy. Develop and implement management guidelines, company regulations, that are compatible with human resource best practice, along with Management. Ensure the regulations are understood and well-implemented by all levels of employee
• Performance Management. Participating to review and develop Job Classification Standards and KPI standard with Management, to be aligned with remuneration strategy
• Recruiting Talent. Design and oversee selection procedures for new personnel until the onboarding process
• Company Culture. Coaching and Influencing company personnel, solves the employees’ issue which might pose a significant risk to the operational, and be responsible for personnel activities to support the productivity of operational work
• Employee Productivity. Develop the correct approach for tracking employee performance, coordinate with all Departments to assign employees based on KPI, and create the most effective evaluation
• Training & Development. Develop the successful team building with training programme initiation
• General Affair. Ensure that the company aligns with legal standards especially Country Labor Laws, regarding with tasks such as recruitment, company regulations, and employment treatment. HR Manager underlines the compliance policies that needs to be followed internally
• Industrial Relation. Maintain good relationship with external party such as consultant, outsourcing vendors, and Governmental Ministry
• Change Management. Support, develop initiatives, and empower people in the company to create productive workplace environment
• Compensation & Benefit. Administer and maintain employee insurance plan, partnering with Management to forecast the employee salary budget

Desired Skills and Requirements :

• Age of 28-35
• Proven Certification of HR Matter is a plus
• Experienced in companies engaged in distribution
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Economics/Business Management/Accounting
• Minimum Working Experience in any Industrial Service Principles at least 4-6 years, for HR Manager position
• Proven ability to lead change, influence, and coach employee on various level across the organization
• Proven analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Target oriented individual who has the ability to create impactful results.
