• Managing the end to end key supply chain activities (production planning, procurement, material management, warehouse, logistic, distribution, customer service and sales forecasting) for the business
• Create policies and supply chain strategies to support the main goals of the company
• Aligns supply chain execution with business strategy, customer segmentation and product portfolio development
• Drives continuous improvement process with a visible effect on owned key supply chain metric
• Manage the process of purchasing goods/products from suppliers based on the company's sales forecast
• Optimizing strategic networks, including the number, location, and size of warehouses, distribution centers, and warehouse facilities
• Lead the monthly consensus meeting with commercial team to create an aligned demand forecast
• Identify capacity/supply and/or inventory issues (both up and down) enough in advance to allow controlling customers’ demand as well as to alert suppliers for preparing operational hedging
• Accountable for developing a firm inventory plan for both short term and full financial year and achieving inventory goals by balancing production/supply with demand forecast
• Manage and lead efforts to optimize and improve outsourced warehouse and distribution functions from cost and service standpoints
• Drive improvements to create innovations to our consumers/customers
• Manage a shift to focusing on value creation and lead more than one value chain management
• Maintain excellent partnership with key suppliers and key customers and develop strategic join business plans with them
• Developing organizational talents in supporting operational activities

• Education Level: Bachelor Degree

Experience:

• 5+ Years in Supply Chain Management
• Proven experience as Purchasing, PPIC, Logistic and Warehouse Manager, minimum 5 years of professional experience at this level with successful track record in related industry
• Knowledge and experience of supply chain, implementation of warehouse activities, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and must understand the integrated ERP application (preferably SAP)
• Have experience in Building material or paint industrial is a advantage
