Sales Marketing Manager Plastic Packaging (Food Packaging)

Job Descriptions

• Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
• Analyze customer insights and trends and develop marketing strategies.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Department
• Responsible for company & product branding, positioning and pricing strategies
• Create strong and consistent brand image across all channels and marketing efforts (event, email campaign, web pages, apps, and promotional material)
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness & sales
• Prepare social media marketing campaign and aligning with business objectives

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of generalist marketing experience, especially in packaging industry
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Strong business acumen; structured thinker with project management skills and attention to detail
• Have experience for managing marketing strategy and campaign development
• A strong customer-centric mindset 
• Willing to work in Head Office Pancoran, South Jakarta

Preferred qualifications

• Experienced in sales and marketing especially in the field of packaging food industry
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Proficiency with offline & online marketing and social media strategy
