Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for day to day project communications and operations. Both internally and with our clients
• Create project plans, Scope of Work and Digital Strategy
• Contribute to preparing pitches to new clients from time to time
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Own the project operations for projects you’re assigned to
• Weekly updates, Forecasting, Issues tracking/management and Reporting
• Actively remove blockers and ensure the project team have what what they need to move forward
• Assist in estimating level of effort and time required to complete tasks
• Helping the team to solve the problem related to the project and negotiating with the clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in digital marketing agency
• Preference given to those with agency experience working with a cross functional team
• Unparalleled attention to detail
• Familiarity with the following tools: Notion, WordPress CMS, Shopify, Keynote
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good understanding of agile/lean project management methodologies
• Communication skills; ability to communicate action items and next steps clearly both internally and client facing
• You can read a room (whether in person or over google meet)
• Motivated and responsible; ability to take ownership of projects and be responsible for managing yourself and the delivery of a project
• Experience working with international clients
• Fluent in English
• Negotiation skills
• Great presentation skills (in english)
• An organize person with critical thinking
• Familiar with the following knowledge: social media, web development, digital marketing

Nice To Haves:

• Have built or contributed heavily to project operating systems for design teams
• Knowledge in google analytics / SEO
• Key relationships:

• Collaborating with: Design Leads, Designers, Developers and Social Media Strategists & SEO
