Lowongan LEGAL & COMPLIANCE (NEXTRANS - REMITANCE) di PT Kreigan Digital Wesel

• Handling of legal & Compliance documents and permits.
• Lead efforts to create and manage company policies to support implementation of regulation.
• Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance, and scope.
• Resolve company legal issues both internally and externally.
• Make adjustments to new regulations issued by the government relating to company operations
• Research and prepare legal opinions and advice on the various legal matter.
• Responsible for organizing the company's internal audit, BI inspection, annual inspection and handling related matters.
• Maintaining relationship with BI.
• Familiar with Handling & Running ISO 27001

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Law (PERADI license)
• Minimum 25 years old above
• Ms. Office Experience
• Having minimum 2 years of working experience in corporate legal & Compliance in Remitance company, have connection with BI, Familiar with relevant laws
• Has the ability to lead a team
• Able to properly give leadership management advice
• Have good leadership, teamwork skill and communication skill
