Job Description:

• Handle HR Generalist especially for Resourcing, Industrial Relation & Legal scope
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
• Create a letter for office administration (employment contract, warning letter, exit document, promotion, mutation, etc)
• Monitor and manage employee attendance
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies);
• Monitoring document licensing and non-licensing
• Complete the Legal document requested from user
•  Representing the company in litigation cases
•  Managing OSS Account (Data Change), ensuring LKPM /quarter is fulfilled
• Manage administration and documentation related to HRGA

Requirements:

• Education with Bachelor Degree Majoring Law.
• Having Experience as HR Generalist especially strong in Industrial Relation & Legal drafting
• Understand manpower regulations, Recruitment, Training & Development.
• Having at least 5 years experience in HR and Legal
• Have broad knowledge and experience in company legal document permit and renewal.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
• Self-starter, motivated, detailed/results oriented & innovative.
• Strong leadership, wide networking, good interpersonal, communication, problem solving, critical thinking and work ethic skills
• Able to work immediately
