Job Description

• Understand HRIS processes and translate them into IT technical requirements.
• Develop HRIS project management/system implementation.
• Work closely with HR project managers to identify and analyse their requirements.
• Develop high-quality project proposals and plans based on the business requirements and available project resources.
• Define resource allocation, work scope and responsibilities of assignee and project timeline.
• Drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery.
• Work closely with business units regularly to review the HRIS Project.
• Review risks, issues, incidents, and planned changes.
• Ensure regular reports on project progress for stakeholders and management.
• Create and maintain records of project documentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or business discipline.
• Minimum 5 years as a Functional Analyst/System Analyst experience (have experience in HRIS project management/system implementation will be advantage).
• Familiar with various of use case diagram.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong operational aptitude with the ability to influence the project team, lead discussions and articulating the business value of a technology solution.
• Strong communication and presentation skill.
• Have Analytical & Conceptual thinking.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage both internal and external partners.
• Good reporting/documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholders.
