Responsibilities:

• Manage the development of internal engineering productivity tools and environments
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
• Implement automated tools and frameworks, such as CI/CD pipelines
• Manage the DevOps platform (container, CI/CD pipelines, etc.) for both clients and internal lab
• Deliver DevOps platform solutions (container, CI/CD pipelines) to clients or customers
• Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
• Recommend necessary improvements to existing software programs
• Writing scripts, installing applications, and configuring continuous deployment for multiple applications running on Linux-based
• Monitoring automation to effectively detect, predict, and prevent issues in the environment and codebase
• Keep learning, sharing, and implementing the best practices of DevOps

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Technical/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00).
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Awareness of DevOps and Agile principles.
• Good understanding of system/networking/software fundamentals and concepts.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing, including infrastructure for building scalable and secure solutions (proficient in at least one of AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure), infrastructure automation (IaaC), testing, and deployment.
• Skills in Version Control System (GitLab), clustering, load balancing, and failover.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) concepts, including best practices for building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Perl, or Java.
• Understanding of configuration management concepts and tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Understanding and experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to manage databases and understand concepts such as replication and data development.
• Analytical skills to monitor and analyze testing and monitoring data to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
• Strong Linux/Red Hat administration experience – must be able to SSH into servers, read log files, search file systems, etc.
• Skills in DevSecOps are a plus.
• Willingness to learn new products.

• Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication.
