Job Descriptions:

• Accounts Payable: Compiling schedules for accounts payable, ensuring timely payments according to scheduled payment terms, and managing relationships with suppliers;
• Accounts Reconciliation: Reconciling the company's accounts payable with suppliers, identifying and resolving differences between internal and supplier records, and ensuring accurate recording of the company's payables;
• Accounts Administration: Managing accounts payable documents, archiving invoices and related documents, and maintaining continuity of accounts payable workflow;
• Witholding Tax : (including for services, for interest, etc), compiling and calculating/ recording for VAT (Value Added Tax) including for deliveries of taxable services, consumption, etc and also ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations;
• Invoice Processing: Processing invoices received from suppliers, verifying the validity and accuracy of invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures before making payments;
• Accounts Administration & Filling: Managing accounts payable documents, archiving invoices and related documents, and maintaining continuity of accounts payable workflow;
• Other task assigned by company.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting Major or Final-year student (Accounting Major) with GPA minimum: 3.00;
• Age of Maximum 25 years old;
• Fresh Graduate (has minimum 1 year working experience is preferable);
• Understand the basic of Accounting Principle and proficient in using in MS Office (Excel is Must);
• Experience with min 1 year will be preferable;
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, Financial & Accounting laws, and regulations
• Accurate, initiative, and have analytical thinking for some multi-tasking
• Willing to work in KIIC (Karawang International Industrial City);
• .Able to join beginning of April 2023;
