Lowongan Legal & Corporate Secretary Manager di PT Cgs-cimb Sekuritas Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal review of all written correspondences in the Company as well as external stakeholders
• Ensure proper and correct review and execution of legal in accordance with the Company’s policies.
• Responsible for company secretarial matters, including but not limited to facilitating meetings of shareholders, Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.
• Reporting to the relevant authorities (OJK) related to company deeds
• Act as the Company's representative in relation to all stakeholders in communicating the Company's activities, especially those related to information disclosure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University with GPA not less than 3.00.
• Having work experience as legal at least 5 years, preferably from Capital Market industry.
• Good knowledge in law and regulatory standards in Financial Industry related.
• A high degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Good in English.
• Good communication skill, detail oriented, positive work attitude and responsive.
• Able to manage team based on team goals/KPI
• High motivate, responsive and initiative.
• A professional License in Legal practice is an advantage
