Executive-Corporate Secretarial Services is to assist clients in handling tax matters in order to assist clients manage their local and international financial operations efficiently & effectively.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Foreign Investment Company and Representative Office Incorporation
• Provide assistance to the Assistant Manager/Manager in providing corporate secretarial advices
• Provide guidance, perform review and supervision to member of the team as part of quality management in responding legal queries and issuing legal documents to the clients. 
• Prepare relevant legal documents particularly on the proposed foreign investment company incorporation to be submitted to BKPM and various regulatory bodies in Indonesia
• Handle corporate secretarial services such as incorporations, liquidation, merger & acquisition, etc. 
• Perform research to BKPM and other regulation bodies
• Provide legal analysis from the research result
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, which includes circular resolutions documents
• Drafting and reviewing deeds/article of association
• Maintain good relationship with clients

Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law 
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in a related field
• Have working experience in Law Firm or Consulting Firm will be an advantage
• Have comprehensive knowledge in company law, investment law, business law, and labor law
• Have excellent legal drafting skills 
• Have excellent communication skill (written & spoken) in English & Bahasa
• Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision
• Have leadership skill and able to work in a team
