Lowongan Finance & Accounting Team Leader - Kendari Based di PT Carsurin

PT Carsurin is now looking for potential candidates for a position as Finance & Accounting Team Leader to be placed in our Kendari Branch. As a Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager, you'll contribute to monitoring finances at the branch, such as cost control and budgeting. You'll also contribute to improving timely and reliable management reports, also of course you'll maximize yourself to lead the finance team.

What You'll Need :

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in a similar position is required.
• Preferably from Supervisor/Coordinator Level specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tax and Accounting Systems.
• Work location: Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi.

What You'll Contribute :

• Verification & validation of related transactions document.
• Supervise input day-to-day transactions to the system.
• Cost controlling and monitoring invoicing process.
• Maintain GL transaction and AR Management.
• Reviewing PDO & PPDO, also creating a Finance & Accounting Report.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and supervise the team (also to develop and manage the team).
• Perform leadership spirit, communicative and fast-paced.
• Neat, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
