The Flying Squirrel is a New York inspired sushi bar is a modern casual dining restaurant which serves modern Japanese tapas-style dishes. 

We aim to provide excellent service to our customers with fun, casual and unconventional experience. We are now looking for the right candidate to grow with us:

Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitoring restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
• Training staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios, such as handling complaints about food or service quality
• Reviewing financial reports to identify ways to improve profitability
• Ensuring that all employees are aware of any upcoming events or promotions
• Ensure Company's social media platform is frequently updated.
• Reviewing menus with chefs to ensure food quality standards are being met
• Managing the scheduling of employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours without overstaffing during slow times
• Hiring and training new employees, as well as terminating workers who are consistently underperforming or disruptive
• Maintaining communication with vendors to ensure that food supplies are adequate and prices are competitive
• Establishing long-term business goals and objectives to improve the overall performance of the restaurant
• Possess good knowledge and practice of good Customer Service
• Passionate in F&B Business and able to build good relations with regular customers.
• Motivated, Responsible and Honest.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Able to understand and perform required duties given by upper Management.
• Excellence interpersonal and communications skills
• Passionate in delivering top quality customer service and assistance to customers
• Possess good product knowledge and able to train employees of all levels.
• Team player with good initiative
• Good verbal English language skills
