Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health/Safety - Related Background. Other safety certification is required
• Minimum 2 year in similar position in oil and energy industry
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) - Contract Based
• Excellent written and speaking English
• Excellent in Microsoft Office Program, Cloud Based Cooperative Tools (Google Docs and other Google Based Applications) and Internet
• Possess a high level of safety and environmental culture and awareness, risk assessment methods

Job Description :

• Assist superior and cooperate with HSE Field Coordinator in undergoing the HSE inspection and audit and create the report.
• Monitor, update and maintaining the HSE statistics, Medical and Vaccination Record, Personnel PPE Record and any other HSE records
• Control all HSE matters related with project team members to ensure the project is in compliance with requirement
• Ensure the HSE part of the CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) is fulfilled and meet the requirement
• Assist superior in observing the HSE regulation, policies, procedures and encourage safe working practices, correct obvious hazards immediately
• Participate in incident investigation and report creation
• Cooperate with HSE Field Coordinator to follow up the corrective and preventive action related with investigation result
• Communicate with personnel to schedule and update their medical check up, also to ensure their PPE assignment is well distributed and not expired
• Cooperate with HSE Field Coordinator in ensuring all HSE tools are adequate to support operation and if any HSE issues arise
• Active participation in the achievement of HSE program and aim for accident free work environment
• Commitment in the compliance of ISO Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirement
• Willing to be relocated in sentul area
