Job Description:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet our customer's needs and exceed their expectations. Your role will involve gathering and prioritising requirements, defining product features, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for our platform.

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

· Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications.

· Work closely with design and engineering teams to develop and deliver high-quality products on time.

· Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve the product.

· Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

· Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the fintech space.

Qualifications:

· Good understanding of products, services, and technology.

· Experience in a product-related role, technical/ engineering background is a plus.

· Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.

· Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse customer insights and market trends.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and building user-centric products.

· Meticulous, self-starter and organised.

· Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
