TRUCKING SUPERVISOR

Requirement :

* Age : maximum 35 years old .

* Education Level : minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic/Transportation Management/Engineering

* Working Experience as Transportation Officer especially relate with Logistics/Fleet arrangement/Cargo distribution for minimum 3 years experience .

* Strong analytical skill excels and business understanding .

* Pro active and positive attitude . 

* Willing to learn how to work within a team and independently .

* Able to work under pressure .

* Able to operate computer (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) .

* Understanding of HSE and K3 for trucks and trucking activity .

* Fluent in English preferable .

Job Description :

* Manage and monitor all trucking activities also ensure the truck unit arrive safely and timely .

* Able to follow and applied SOP and working instruction to the trucking team and truck driver .

* Manage trucking vendor and ensure its truck availability .

* Ensure safety monitoring applied in truck in own or vendor fleet .

* Ensure all customer trucking requirement fulfilled .

* Implement cost efficiency solutions for operations process improvement (manage trucking cost and reduction) .

* Leading creation of trucking dashboard, updating activities reports to track, monitor and updating all KPI's .

* Lead, coach and manage trucking operation team and truck driver to ensure best service quality .

* Understand for end to end trucking activities from first mile pick up to last mile delivery .
