Our professionals work in various areas, including work with payment systems. The number of tasks is growing, so now we are forming a new department and looking for a competent employee.

The key tasks are related to:

1. Corporate work (related to the development and support of non-cash payment for services and e-Wallets).

2. Relationships with payment services, providers, banks (writing letters/appeals/explanations/answers on behalf of the company, participation in meetings, etc.);

3. Consultations on various issues (claim work, erroneous payments, chargebacks).

Requirements:

• English skills: min. B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher;
• Experience supporting payment services, banks;
• Knowledge of principles of work and interaction of payment systems and technologies;
• Complex negotiation skills;
• Systemic thinking, presentation skills.
