Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor production departments to achieve target, while maintaining the quality of the products as well as safety aspect of production facility.
• Develop production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
• Analyze and follow up production data such as input-output, yield, loss etc.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure that production goals are met.
• Planning of daily production plans, ordering of material quantities and inventory control (stocktaking).
• Manage and adjust equipment for optimum operation.
• Train and manage production staff, ensuring that they follow established procedures and meet quality standards
• Lead team to drive the team toward productivity and seeking continuous improvement in service and resource optimization.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education Bachelor degree on Engineering or equivalent, with good understanding of Production Planning and Production Proccess.
• Minimum 2 years experience working as Production Leader especially on Assembly Line, Electronics Manufacture, .
• Good computer skills, with intermediate knowledge of operating MS Office, especially Excel is required.
• Good communication skill, analytical thinking, Leadership, Problem solving.
• Fluent in English or Mandarin is preferable
• Willing to work at Jombang East Java.
