BRAND PURCHASING COORDINATOR 

REQUIREMENT : 

1. 28 years old maximum 
2. Minimum 1 year experience on the similar field 
3. English speaking and writings 
4. Excellent time management Skills 
5. Exceptional leadership skills 
6. Strong communication skills 
7. Excellent negotiation skills 
8. Adaptability 
9. In-depth understanding of the market 
10. Ability to maintain and control budget and stock 
11. Excellent analytical and reporting skills 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Research and evaluate suppliers 
2. Negotiate and renegotiate with supplier 
3. Monitoring order requisition and purchase requisition 
4. Monitoring purchases through the delivery process 
5. Develop and implement purchasing policies 
6. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing record 
7. Researching. sampling, reviewing, comparing and analyzing product and 
8. service to be purchased
