JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

Analyze and troubleshooting hardware issue ( PC, Laptop, Server, CCTV, Printer, etc)
Setup and troubleshooting for network infrastructure.
Create and testing new program based on user requirements.
Analyze and make troubleshooting for any program issue.
Make daily and monthly report based on IT jobs
Make documentation for IT department
Controlling ISO for IT department

REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related field
Familiar with Microsoft applications ( OS, Server , Office)
Have experience as IT staff or similar role min. 1 year
Knowledge of network infrastructure, software and application
Knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, HTML and Java
Knowledge of visual programming.
Have experience on troubleshooting hardware and software
Able to communicate in English
Having knowledge on ISO 9001:2015
Domicile in Batam is preferred
