Lowongan Door Supervisor La Favela di PT Lyd Management Bali

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Door Supervisor to join our team at La Favela Bali Night Club. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff, whilst also ensuring that our venue operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Screen and monitor the entry and exit of customers and staff to ensure compliance with venue policies and procedures
2. Identify potential security risks and take appropriate action to prevent or resolve issues
3. Provide assistance to the door manager and other staff as needed, including handling customer complaints and incidents
4. Maintain accurate records of all incidents and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities
5. Ensure the safety and security of all customers and staff during emergency situations, including fire evacuations and other incidents

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume nightclub environment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to diffuse potentially difficult situations
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to venue security
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
7. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
