Lowongan Production Manager di PT Honicel Indonesia

• Being hands-on and knowledgeable in depth, overseeing-, supervising, guiding, training and managing the production department

• Secure output as well as quality standards as well as initiate and stimulate further improvements

• Planning, organizing and fulfilling production schedules and undertake timely actions in case there is a threat that the agreed delivery time will not be realized in time

• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials as well as assessing project and resource requirements

• Planning and organizing the repair and (routine) maintenance of the production equipment

• Ensuring that amongst others; ISO, IATF, Health & Safety Standards and Regulations are met, maintained and improved

• Safeguard training and guidance of employees in the production department they are multitasking and stimulate additional relevant training

• Liaising with buyers and marketing & sales

• As member of the Management Team, capable of preparing budgets and targets for the production department and contribute in MT tasks and responsibilities

• The Production Manager is a Team Player, whereby he will stimulate his Team as well as himself to achieve a continuous improvement process

• In case required, willing to travel and work at other Honicel Production Units across Indonesia, though the base station is Honicel in Sidoarjo

Requirements:

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma 3 in Mechanical and or Electrical

• Age, approximately 32~35 years old

• Minimum 3 years of working experience -preferably- in a paper related production environment

• Strong communication skills (in one on one and in group situations) to clearly address a specific issue and stimulate efficient and effective solution- respectively optimizing creativity

• Strong leadership and team work skills to be able to work closely with others within the team and achieving the set goals efficiently

• Excellent organizational skill with attention to detail, and high level of efficiency, quality and service focus, to ensure targets are met, and client satisfaction is guaranteed

• Ability to multi task (time management), and focus to handle many duties and projects at a time in a fast paced deadline sensitive, ever changing environment to deliver desired result

• Self-starter with a passion for engineering and (production) improvement

• Language knowledge in word and writing: Bahasa and English
