Lowongan TikTok E-Commerce Manager di PT Future Commerce Indonesia

[Responsibilities :]

1. Lead project teams comprised of Live Operations & Video Operations enabling them to find the right approach, motivate the team to deliver the project well and to achieve a positive impact for our clients as well as support our growth targets for the Client's TikTok Shop Operations.

2. Plan, Analyze, & Provide campaign strategy recommendations and offers resourceful problem-solving, both internally and externally.

3. Create operations plans and other deliverables, and executes operational plan implementation.

4. Process control and follow-up in the live streaming, develop Brand Awareness and Help them to increase their performance on marketplaces through Live streaming activity

5. Significantly contribute to the development of our expertise and support our ambitious growth targets

6. Perform project management role in collaboration with all related parties (internal and external) to deliver excellent services in all day-to-day campaign strategy.

[Requirements :]

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Minimum 4+ years in campaign marketing management and have digital or startup, marketing consultant or TSP background.

- Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoys communication, and delivering daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to lead a team. Can make decisions as an expert in community management by data and reasonable logical thinking.

- Able to work in a team and lead a team to achieve business objectives.
