Lowongan Senior Ticketing Staff di PT Avodah Harvest International

Requirements:

• Maximum 40 years old

• Graduated from Vocational School majoring in Tourism

• Minimum 5 years experiences in International & Domestic ticketing

• Able to communicate in English fluently, other language is an advantageous

• Polite and friendly

• Familiar with GDS System

• Preferable having GDS Certificate (Galileo, Sabre & Amadeus)

• Able to work under pressure

Job Description:

1. Serve all guests with excellent services

2. Create ticket reservation both online and offline

3. Provide prices and time limits to guests

4. Follow-up reservation to guests before the time limit

5. Email the ticket that have been issued to the guests

6. Write down the selling price on the coupon agent and give it to ticketing admin for invoicing on the same day

7. Follow up the invoice payments on the same day

8. Assist guests to make schedule changes and ticket cancelation

9. Do the cross selling by offering guests other AVODAH TOUR products (visa, hotel, insurance)

10. Perform other related duties as required
