Today, We are seeking a Senior HSE Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop HSE Program and Objective.
• Monitoring and Identifying regulation for HSE aspects.
• Develop matrix training HSE.
• Conduct training for vendors at project area and staff for corporate about HSE.
• Identify hazard and risk assessment for high-risk activity at project area.
• Monitoring all vendors at the project and operation area to ensure there is no accident.
• Drill for HSE aspects such as fire, and first aid incidents.
• Conduct monthly report for HSE aspect to management
• Give HSE Induction.
• Develop Procedure and Work Instruction for the HSE aspect.
• Identify issues external and internal related with HSE for all projects.
• Collaborating with other departments, related to the implementation of the HSE work program.
• Develop HSE work instructions that are appropriate to the work carried out.
• Attending monthly meetings with the project team and director project to give advice for improvement in the HSE aspect.

Requirements & skills

• Able to speak English & tech-savvy
• Willing to be based in Kediri, Tabanan, Bali
• Bachelor Degree from Engineering Field
• Preferably has a HSE/ AK3U/ K3 Konstruksi Certification, Basic Safety Training, Fire Fighting Training, First Aid Training
