We are looking for a motivated candidate with strong problem-solving skills to support the Executive Management team of Bosch Rexroth ASEAN & Oceania. You will work with a diverse team of dynamic talented people where this role allows you to gain exposure to senior management and reports directly to the President of the region. You will also have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and lead innovative practices in the organization. Your tasks are:

• Working in multi-teams to execute cross-functional projects involving sales and operations.
• Conducting studies on the organization and market across the business units, and serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes to produce actionable insights that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
• Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business development needs and news with relevance to Bosch Rexroth in the region and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
• Analyzing commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts.
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
• Creating functional specifications for solutions​.
• Estimating costs and identifying business savings​.
• Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team​.
• Implementing and testing of solutions​.
• Supporting the project office in the planning and execution of both business and digital transformation solutions (incl CRM) for the region.
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
• Preparing and coordinating top level management meetings and minutes.

• Graduates from Bachelor or Master Degree of reputable university in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology or Systems.
• Three to five years minimum related work experience.
• Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding listening and interpersonal skill.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
• Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
• Working knowledge of Windows office systems.
• Excellent understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
