Supports the provision of systems, processes, and technical expertise to managing transportation module and CEISA related with import/export documentation. Encourages team to maintain a high standard of import/export report. Perform SLI (JCC, Gemba walk, 5S) related with import/export and distribution process. Improve and achieving KPI on TM module. Incident report, investigation and action completion.

Manage the resolution of problems of freight cost visibility and traceability, handling importation process from A-Z, avoid losses made through non-deliveries, wrong deliveries, returns and service level fines. Ensuring operational and site SAP 4S system processes are effectively utilised to maintain efficient, timely freight cost movements, such as:

1.    Monitor all import/export process in timely manner and fully compliance
2.    Provide report on all import/export transaction related with customs formalities, duty/tax payment, freight settlement
3.    Perform monthly freight cost accrual (cycle count) and report monthly to Finance
4.    Involved in the Transportation Module (TM module) related to distribution of Bontang Plant, engineering spare and internal goods movement site to site
5.    Perform SES, IBD and internal post goods movement

Provide assistance to Specialist Distribution and Procurement activities related with freight agreement and event report of distribution. 
 

    Min 5 years experience in customs area, material handling and store.
    Familiar with SAP and MS. Office 
    Familiar with customs regulations, reporting and compliance
