In this role, you will lead the Efficiency, Standards, and Improvement team.

In your new role you will:

• Lead Efficiency, Standards, and Improvement team. Possesses deep knowledge in P-C-M-A efficiencies & WIP Flow improvement.
• Drive KPI goal setting for P-C-M efficiencies to fulfill productivity targets defined in Target Cost Roadmap.
• Conduct yearly internal/ external benchmarking to secure ambitious targets, identify P-C-M-A improvement potential, and drive actual implementation which includes OEE/UPH, MMO, and Material usage.
• Provide required support to Operation and other functions related to the IE Standard and productivity.
• Ensure availability of up-to-date IE basic data, database, and tools [TFM/iTFM, BEATS, CERBERUS, MER].
• Proactively harvest P-C-M efficiencies from strategic projects (Automation, Production Management System, Area expansion).
• Balance site and IE cluster expectations.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering with more than 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong Industrial Engineering knowledge and the ability to operate Industrial Engineering tools and methodologies such as OEE, MMO/ Headcount modeling, Simulation, and Operating Curve Management.
• Project Management knowledge and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common goals and results.
• Certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or possessing experience in applying DMAIC principles is preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) will have a distinct advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English with good communication skills.
