Graduate Development Program in Manufacturing Engineering

You are responsible for 

There are several assignments in Batam, each with a specific focus. During the assessment center, the managers will elaborate more on their department and the assignments available. 

Also responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.

• Responsible for smooth startup of Wimbledon line by ensuring smooth handover of Wimbledon PDLM project from engineering to operation team.
• Responsible to improve and sustain machine OEE of Wimbledon line
• Responsible for proper environment, health & safety control of Wimbledon production line.
• Responsible for smooth implementation of all LCM activities and change management in production
• Responsible for TPM activity implementation and training to operation team
• Participate in continuous improvement through Kaizen events

The 2 rotations for this role are mentioned below:

Rotations-1: Wimbledon DT laser process optimization

• Laser technology - keyhole weld process and quality control

Rotation-2: Wimbledon DT assembly line process optimization

• DT assembly process – bending, punching, welding, glue dispensing, soldering

• Precision scope measurement

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: 

• A customer-first attitude 
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Have a maximum of 2 years’ work experience post graduation  
• Excellent communication and influencing skills 
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager and ambitious
• Business fluency in English  
• International experience would be a benefit
