Lowongan Graphic Designer di PT The Labyrinth Collective

The Labyrinth Collective is a project located inside a 50ha newly developed destination in Pantai Nyanyi Tabanan (10 drive from Canggu area), its a place where we combine art and technology to create an immersive place. 

This new developed project will consists of The Labyrinth Studio, The Dome, Taman Tera, music studio, a theatre and exhibition area, wellness and spa experience, as well as its own park and plaza - We are seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in various design mediums.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

2. Develop and create design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project briefs.

3. Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and more.

4. Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms.

5. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

6. Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements.

7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

8. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure cohesive design solutions.

9. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and clients, and explain design choices and rationale.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Proven work experience as a graphic designer or a similar role.

3. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design software and tools.

4. Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

5. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

6. Ability to translate client requirements and project briefs into creative design solutions.

7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.

9. Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.

10. Experience with web design, UI/UX design, and motion graphics (preferred, but not mandatory).

11. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
