Your role:
• Administrative Agent : Delivers fundamental work process to ensure smooth Operations in Payroll and HR administrative

• Change Agent : Driving change and managing transformation to create a culture needed to deliver Company Business Strategy

• You will be part of Management team to develop and enable people in the company to create the environment of productivity and satisfaction

You're the right fit if:
1. Min. 7 years of extensive experience and knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes .
2. Excellent skills on :

• organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Proficient with payroll software.

3. Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
4. Willing to be based in Batam.
