We are looking for someone with: 

·         University Degree graduated.

·         Min. 3-4 years working experience in life insurance industry

·         Able to engage and build strong relationship with respective sales team and related parties

·         Detail Oriented and good in communication

Nice to Haves: 

·         Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders 

On the job you will: 

Prepare deck draft including pre-meeting deck

Coordinate with all respective team as well as leader to ensure accurateness of data

To make sure objectives of the steerco is met and align with management vision

Compile and summarize both APE external and internal on all BDI segment (inc. DMTM, CL, and EB)

Provide APE monitoring for external purposes

Provide all sales funnel metrics including 6G and 3G for RP/SP, PJ SND, and Adira segment

Monitor sales metric in daily basis and ensure data credibility

Provide data for ADR submission including APE and sales metric that align with finance MMR figure

Provide updated data for monthly business review

Support Banca strategic team on preparing the deck

Provide BDI Marketing allowance report along with data supporting and calculation

Provide data on all BDI premium payment  transaction along with account number

Ensure FS, ABDM, and RBDM compensation calculation

Ensure SIP calculation

Support sales on month end period by facilitating between sales and UW

Improving team quality of life by streamlining task and reports

Provide adhoc analysis on relevant issues

Monitoring persistency

Managing request from Danamon

Other adhoc items
