SOLUTION SALES CONSULTANT
The Solution Sales Specialist represents a valuable resource for PT. Woah Teknologi Dedikasi. Through your solid experience, you will help clients assess their business requirements, recommend solutions that meet their requirements and needs, and demonstrate these solutions to win the technical decision.
You will be a technical lead and trusted advisor in customer decision-making to purchase and adopt cloud and AI solutions such as Footfallcam, Ulucu, and Point of Sales solutions. You will be responsible for winning the technical decision of customers for sales opportunities and usage scenarios, adapting your message, providing ideas to customers, and guiding them in their decision-making. You'll lead presentations and solution demonstrations to explain to our largest customers the capabilities of People Counting and Business Analytic products and solutions, and how we can make their businesses more successful.
Job Scope
- Engage with customers’ key stakeholders and the implementation team to understand customers’ requirements and document them clearly.
- Shape the right solution for the client with the right technology, at the right price, and with the right risk profile.
- Lead cloud solution and outreach to generate technical solutions, estimates and approaches.
- Develop compelling proposals for clients, including writing proposals.
- Demonstrate experience presenting technical topics in front of a senior audience.
- Apply the methodology, reusable assets and previous work experience to deliver consistently high-quality work.
- Involved in industrial-specific document development and seek for continuous improvement by collecting market feedback.
- The main point of contact in developing and maintaining good long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Actively monitor client’s account including trials / POC & re-ordering are smoothly delivered.
- Ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner as per agreement with clients.
- To update and organize marketing materials to the current market demands.
- Initiatives to enhance the growth of our reseller network.
- Convey concise and clear information on resellers’ commercial terms and conditions such as pricing structure, profit projection, market segmentation, industrial marketing and competitive analysis.
- Demonstrate experience presenting technical topics in front of a senior audience.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the sale of professional and managed services.
- Technical and commercial background through previous sales or pre-sales experience
- Strong understanding of multiple IaaS / SaaS /PaaS solutions that will address our client's business needs.
- Possessing at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent, major in Computer Science or IT-related course is an added advantage.
- A candidate who has at least 3 years of working experience.
