Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Job Purpose:

  • To lead and build sustainable relationship and trust with domestic and overseas customer by having good customer service, correspondences and communication skill as company representative, in addition, able to handle administration matter and deliver support to team to achieve company’s KPIs.

Job Responsibility:

  • To ensure sales support team crate new sales leads and KPIs as per given target
  • Supporting sales on communicating with related parties (overseas, suppliers or other dept) and creating quotations
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team, their clients and ops
  • Monitoring customer accounts and ensure that prices or contract are up to date
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team
  • Answering phone calls & contacting customers to answer queries & obtain missing information
  • Checking Data Accuracy by issuing complete sales commitment to Ops
  • Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences
  • Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, volume and other key data
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution or escalate to the correct pic. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Formal Education:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Working Experience:

  • Having experience in the same industry minimum 2 (two) years

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must demonstrate attention to detail to accommodate customer’s requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as sales, operations, accounts.
  • Require excellent customer service skills to enable them to deal politely and effectively with customers’ inquiries or complaints.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

Competency:

  • Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills.
  • English literate, mastering another foreign language is a plus
